Open Pitlane

Drive the afternoon and into the night from 4pm - 9pm. 

EVENT INFORMATION 

• Capped at 30 vehicles 
• All drivers must be 16+ years old and passengers must be 14+ years old. 
• 5 hours continuous track time - open pitlane with no sessions, drive as much or as little as you want. 
• Share the driving duties with a friend / second driver for only $140 per extra driver.
• Powered garage included with the entry.
• Drivers receive complimentary dinner and soft drink or water. 
• Run under a Motorsport Australia Permit - drivers will be required to hold a minimum Motorsport Australia Speed Licence or purchase a Motorsport Australia Day licence for $37.50 which must be pre-booked with your entry.  
• Minimum standard - AS1698 or ECE22.03 Helmet required, or another standard complying with Level B (or higher) in Motorsport Australia Schedule D / full length clothing (pants and shirt) / enclosed shoes must be worn.
• A limited number of helmets are available for hire, please request at the time of booking. 
• Track days will not be affected by weather conditions & will proceed unless unsafe. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an event we will contact you as soon as possible.
• Premium 98, E85 and ELF 102 race fuel is available on site.  

• **Please also note that you will need functioning lights on your vehicle to participate. If you do not have these, you will not be able to go on track once the sun has set for the day. There will be no refunds in the case that you have to leave early due to no vehicle lights.

SCHEDULE

• 2:30PM                      Sign-on commences. 
• 3:30PM                      Drivers briefing (additional briefings as needed for latecomers).
  
• 4:00PM - 9:00PM      Drivers and passengers on track. 

COST

• Entry Fee including powered garage and complimentary dinner with soft drink or water for drivers - $340 per car (1 driver) / $140 per additional second driver.
• Online entries will close 48 hours prior to each scheduled date. 
• A detailed email will be sent to each registered participant following the close of entries. 
• Mallala Motorsport Park reserve the right to cancel events where minimum operating numbers are not met.  

PASSENGERS:

• Passenger laps are all event long for only $35 per passenger pass. 
• Passengers must be 14+ years old. 
• One passenger per vehicle at a time.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

• Cancellations must be advised at least 5 business days prior to your booked event.
• A transfer to another date on our Track Day calendar at the time of cancellation is available, alternatively, you can choose a voucher to use for rebooking within 6 months.
• Withdrawals inside five (5) business days prior to an event will forfeit the full entry/garage fee.
• Refunds for non-attendance are not available.
